Today I donated $64 to your organization. Why 64? Today marks the 64th anniversary of D-Day and the beginning of the liberation of my country and my family. What you are doing is simply wonderful. I'm making this donation in the name of my deceased grandfather, who always made it a habit to thank every American he ever met. Thank you.

Just yesterday I read an article about your organization. My father is a Marine from WWII, who served in the South Pacific, but is currently in the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Giradeau, Missouri suffering from altzheimers disease. I currently live in Sugar Grove, Illinois, and visit him as often as I can. Even as his memory was failing and he couldn’t remember his loved ones – what did stand out in his mind was that he had been a Marine. It is very humbling to see these veterans who are now afflicted with this disease and after each visit I search my soul trying to figure out a way to be of some assistance or help. I believe I have found that way. I know my father would have loved to been able to see this Memorial. In that regard, I feel that by becoming involved with this organization and becoming a “guardian” I can honor those who cannot make such a trip themselves, and I know that would have made my dad very proud. I will be submitting an application soon. I see from your website that the two June dates are booked. I would be interested in your August trip or one thereafter. Thank you for this wonderful organization. I know it must mean so much to the veterans who can attend.

My father was a WWII vet and his children had honored him by donating to the building project of the memorial. He did not live long enough to ever see it completed and I would like to somehow actively participate in getting a vet to see it in my dad's honor.

Thank you again for your support of our Veterans!!!

I'm having a birthday party in June, in lieu of gifts I'm taking donations for Honor Flight Chicago, hoping to sponsor 5 flights.

I was watching NBC5-Chicago when I saw the clip about your site. What a wonderful thing to do for our Veterans. My Dad was a WWII vet and recently passed away in March 2007 at the age of 83. I donated to the cause and also put a link on my "MySpace" site of your YouTube Video to help spread the word.

I would like to donate to the Honor Flight Program. Thank you so much for honoring our WWII veterans. Both my father and father-in-law were veterans who, sadly, did not live to see the memorial in Washington D.C. I would like help those veterans that remain, thank you for the opportunity to do so.
